We received a phone call one evening from the downtown restuarant in Cote. The customer was quite glad that he found us seeing that we happened to be the 3rd locksmith company he had phoned, the other 2 had refused to help. Our customer went out for a film and dinner with his wife as it was their 10th anniversary. Regrettably it was only as soon as they walked out of the restuarant he realised that he had lost their car keys. He told us, "I hurried back into the building and searched directly where we were; and no car keys. I next had an idea to look in our automobile and I found them, still in the ignition, yet unfortunately the car had self locked." Our man was on scene rapidly and a short time later had the process succesfully done and the car open.

The customer in Cote called us with a horror story - she had popped outside the house to locate her bag and the front door locked behind her. Unfortunately, what made this even worse was she announced "Please help! I have locked my house keys in the house and my baby is still in the house." Needless to say we raced there and happily road traffic was in our favour. We were able to turn up within fifteen minutes and had the door opened promptly. What we did discover later was that she designated her puppy "my baby".
